Filling a void in Orlando, an off-leash dog park with a bar (or a bar with an off-leash dog park) is planning to open this summer.

The appropriately named Boozehound will soon be Central Florida's first "dog bar." Woof!

Located in Edgewood neighborhood at 5501 S. Orange Ave., the new off-leash watering hole will be built from multiple shipping containers, complete with a built-in bar, televisions, and tons of furry friends.

Owned by University of Central Florida grads Paul Jaszczenski and Lainie Pekich, the new space will operate on a membership basis, starting from a $10 day pass to $149 annual memberships.

The park has a few strict rules – human guests must be 16 or older, all dogs must be over 4 months old, dogs over 8 months must be spayed or neutered, and all dogs must be current on vaccinations. But most importantly, all dogs must be "very good boys."

You can read more on the rules here.

No exact opening date has been announced, but the duo is aiming for a summer 2019 debut. For now, you can follow along on their Instagram account.
