The Knights kick off the 2013 football season on Aug. 29
College football fans have been counting down the days until the 2013 season begins, which kicks off on Thursday, Aug. 29.
To get our local UCF Knights fans riled up for the season, the university will host its annual FanFest on Aug. 23 at the Bright House Networks Stadium on campus.
They haven't nailed down a start time just yet, but the event is free and gives Knight fans the chance to meet and get UCF memorabilia signed by players and coaches. You'll also be able to purchase your "Knightmare" gameday shirt at the event.
Season and single-game tickets are now on sale for the upcoming season. The Knights host their first home game of the season on Aug. 29 against Akron. Click here for the full football schedule.
