And while the last thing we want to do is encourage alcohol abuse, it's true that what makes brunch different than breakfast (or lunch) is the spirit of celebration and conviviality ... a state of being that's usually encouraged by a cocktail or two. So we've compiled a list for you, dear brunch-happy readers, of some of our favorite brunches that offer the cornerstone drinks around which brunch is built: the mimosa and the bloody mary. Specifically, the bottomless mimosa (for all you keep-it-coming partiers) and the build-your-own bloody mary (for those DIY types and control freaks). Bottomless mimosas are the centerpiece of brunch. Luckily, Orlando has a few hidden gems that'll make you wish you could take a brunch break instead of a lunch break.
