On Thursday, Oct. 16, Pine Street was closed to host Dia de los Muertos and Monster Factory, which featured performances by tribal dancers, steampunk thespians, speed painter Salvador Live, live music from Outer Toons and the Ludes and psychic readings by a Chilean shaman.
