46 reasons to attend the Orlando Beer Festival this Saturday

Craft beer in Florida has its day in the sun

"You Shall Not Pabst."

That's just one of the beers – a New Zealand hopped saison brewed by Bombardment Brewing Co. – that we're looking forward to tasting at Orlando Weekly's annual Orlando Beer Festival. The fest, now in its third year, happens in Festival Park (2911 Robinson St.) Saturday, Nov. 11.

Just as you can't judge a book by its cover, you can't judge a beer by its name, but nevertheless we're happily anticipating You Shall Not Pabst, as well as Ten10 Brewing's "Teaches of Peaches" peach cobbler brown ale, and just for originality of ingredients Crooked Can's cucumber gose, Rock Pit Brewing's jalapeño cream ale, Tactical Brewing Co.'s chocolate coffee peanut butter porter and Castle Church's All Saints Einbecker Medieval Ale. (What even is medieval ale? Guess we'll find out Saturday.)

While there's no 100 percent guarantee that a certain beer will be on hand on the day of the event (nothing in life is a sure thing!), here are 46 breweries – all but three are Florida operations – that will be repping their wares in Festival Park; each will have multiple brews on hand.
