OPENINGS: Over in Winter Garden, This Little Piggy – an old-fashioned barbecue joint – has opened in the Plant Street Market ... Just down the road, 4 Locos Tacos, a taqueria known for its tacos al pastor, has opened ... Spice Indian Grill, serving Indian and Nepalese specialties, has finally opened near UCF ... King's Pizza has opened their second NY-style pizzeria on Curry Ford Road near Primrose Drive ... Modena Pizzeria, also serving NY-style pies, has opened in Altamonte Springs ... Park Station on Park Avenue is now the Rustic Table ... Spicy & Juicy Seafood & Sports Bar has opened in the old Cajun Hotspot space on West Colonial Drive near Hiawassee ... Bar Louie has opened their fourth area location, this one on I-Drive ... Also on I-Drive, Pepe's Cantina has opened their third location in the old Giraffas space ... The Nook on Robinson, a bar/eatery bent on being a hub for all things local, opens March 3 in the Milk District. The Nook will also open for Sunday brunch and offer vegan options ... Black Bean Deli will open their fourth location this September in the building currently housing Winnie's Oriental Garden. Winnie's will close later this spring.

Beard in Baldwin, the outdoor event put on by Jason and Sue Chin featuring chefs from around the country, is April 14. Tickets are $110; $175 VIP.
