The Orlando Police Department says someone saw a trespasser crawling underneath the security fence at the gay nightclub Pulse on early Friday morning.

OPD was already investigating a Thursday morning break-in at the club that a month ago saw the worst mass shooting in modern U.S. history. Law enforcement officials gave control of the club back to its owners earlier this week.

On Friday around 1:36 a.m., officers responded to the club at 1912 S. Orange Ave. and met with a man who told them he was walking toward the front of the nightclub when he saw three people standing on the west side of the fence, according to a police report. He told officers that when he looked closer, he saw a man crawling under the fence from inside the yard area to the west, and then a white truck picked up all four people and left.

Officers noted in their report that a civilian security guard was on site during the alleged trespassing occurred, but the guard reported not seeing anything. Orlando police entered the club and found all entrances to the club secured, the report says.
