Looking for an ice-cool weekend activity? Luckily for you, Winter Park has once again put down its Winter in the Park ice skating rink.

Located at Central Park West Meadow, on the corner of New York Avenue and Morse Boulevard, the rink charges an admission fee of $13 – though group discounts are available – and the event runs through Jan. 7. Plenty of time to master that triple axel-triple toe loop.

And speaking of time, Winter in the Park is open late: till 8 p.m. on Sundays, 9 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. If you'll be bringing along a little one, note that the rink's operating time does extend for schools' winter breaks. See full hours and other details at the event's webpage.
