Fisherman Allen Engleman was bitten by one of the ocean's many sharks last Sunday in Palm Beach County. However, rather than becoming just another shark bite statistic, Engleman got his revenge by catching and killing a shark he claims is the same one, and now he plans to eat it.
“Now that we got the shark that bit my hand, we’re going to fillet him and eat him,” said Engelman to the Palm Beach Post. Engleman, who seems to think there's only one shark in the entire ocean, received 14 stitches on his left hand.
He later told the paper that his visit to the hospital revealed an unknown skin cancer diagnosis on his hand. “The shark saved my life,” he told the paper after killing the shark.
