If you're planning to spend time tonight in Mills 50, use caution when parking your car. Word around town (and on this thread) is that there's a vandal hitting the neighborhoods around Mills Avenue, slashing tires of parked cars. According to the thread, police have been notified, and individuals attested that there were more cars hit parking in side streets than those parked in front of well-lit businesses. One commenter estimates 50 cars were damaged last weekend.

Tonight, there's a free show at Will's Pub featuring Join Hands, Sterling Schroeder and The Chosen Ones, Thee Wilt Chamberlain, Goodrich and the Die Tryin's that starts at 8 p.m., and a commenter in the show's Facebook event says he will monitor cars so that people can celebrate all the Best of Orlando wins the pub and sister bar Lil Indies had this week.

So be careful and attentive if you're driving to Mills Avenue tonight, and make sure to check your tires before attempting to drive home.
