VIDEO: Denzel Curry and Deniro Farrar make Backbooth bow down

I had no idea what cult rap was - the foreshadowing of inevitable aging - which is why I adamantly follow Dope Entertainment. Dope Entertainment has brought notable acts like Yung Lean and the Underachievers to intimate venues throughout Orlando, Tampa and Miami, delivering the underground to a cult following of youth that adds a new energy to Florida's hip-hop scene.

Just this last week, Denzel Curry and Denario Farrar kicked off their Bow Down Tour 2014 at the Backbooth. Police shut down the kickoff show at the Nest in Miami, Curry’s hometown - at Backbooth, we saw the explosive show, filled with energy and rawness from artists who embody realness:

Tonight (Friday, Sept. 19), Dope Entertainent brings Ab-Soul to Firestone Live on his These Days Tour; doors at 7 p.m.
