UPDATED: Local concerts happening for Pulse victims and families

Orlando's music community has stepped up and put together a number of benefit shows for the victims and families of the Pulse shooting. Here is a cumulative list of what's happening in the next couple of weeks. 

Thursday, June 16Swept/Knick-Knacks/Dumberbunnies/Zig-Zags show at the Spacebar. All of the door proceeds will be donated. 9 p.m. $5.

Thursday, June 16 - Joyful Music Therapy will host Music Speaks for Orlando, a free music therapy event with drumming and meditation. 7 p.m. 

Friday, June 17 - Fundraiser for the Orlando Center benefit show at St. Matthews Tavern with performances by Rehasher/Vicious Dreams/Teen Agers/Suck Brick Kid. Huge prize raffle. All door and raffle ticket proceeds will be donated to the Center Orlando. 8 p.m. $7

Friday, June 17 - Orlandostrong benefit show at the Copper Rocket with Jonathan Hortan/Davey Leatherwood/Kristin Grice/Raspberry Pie/69 Fingers/Cover Girls/Darko Grey/Luke Wagner & the Bootleg Brothers and more TBA. All of the door proceeds will be donated. 9 p.m.

Saturday, June 18 - We Love Orlando benefit show at the Geek Easy with performances from Shammers, Marc with a C, EyeQ, Sci-Fried, E-Turn, Milk Carton Superstars, Schwarzinegar Pheenix Force, MagiTek, Boy Without Batteries, Mag.Lo, and O_Super. DJ Sets also. All of the proceeds will be donated to the Pulse Tragedy Community Fund. 12 p.m.

Saturday, June 18 - Concert for Pulse benefit show at the Copper Rocket with performances from Blonk, the Dealers, Gary Lazer Eyes, Chris Perkins, and Underhill. All of the door proceeds and 15 percent of the bar sales will be donated. 7:30 p.m. $5. 

Saturday, June 18th - OrlandoStrong Livestream fundraiser. The local Florida DJ Community has set up a LiveStream to take place for fifteen straight hours. Over thirty DJs participating. Listeners will be directed to donate to the Equality.org GoFundMe. 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Tuesday, June 21 - K92.3's Country Strong benefit show at the CFE Arena with performances by Maddie & Tae/Tyler Farr/Canaan Smith/Parmalee/Billy Currington/Cole Swindell/Easton Corbin/Michael Ray and more TBA. All ticket and door proceeds will be donated to the OneOrlando Fund. 6:30 p.m. $20

Wednesday, June 22 - ALL IS ONE Orlando Unity Concert at Hard Rock Live with performances by Imagine Dragons and Nate Ruess. All ticket process will be dedicated to the OneOrlando Fund (Ticketmaster service fees will be waived). 7:30 p.m. $150/$200

Saturday, June 25 - Love By Design benefit event put on by AIGA with performances by the Pauses, Beartoe, Beemo, Circa Proceeds from this event will be donated to the OneOrlando Fund. 2 p.m.

Saturday, June 25 - Kissimmee Pulse Benefit at JuicyNight with performances by SHPHRDS/Tapping Canes/In Decatur/FUsterClucK/Lyrical Menacez/Spirit Sam/Youghurt Smoothness. It's free, but all donations will go to Equality Florida's GoFundMe page for the Pulse Victims. 7 p.m.

Saturday, June 25 - Wilted Chili's at STP. Benefit show with all donations and band earnings going directly to the Pulse Victims Fund. 9 p.m. Free.

Sunday, June 26 - Orlando Love all-day benefit show at Haven at Forsyth with performances by Auditory Armory, Gargamel, Kill the Sound, Filth, Traverser, Blaine the Mono, Sunshine & Bullets, the Glorious Rebellion, Traverser, Burning Fair Verona. All proceeds from door and prize raffles will go to Equality Florida. 2 p.m. $6

Wednesday, June 29 - Pray for Orlando benefit show at Backbooth with performances by Comfort/Joon/Fox Tails/Tarek Kasmi/Planes, Trains and Automobiles/Sam Gecko & the Ramblers and more TBA. All door proceeds with to to the Pulse Victims Fund. 6 p.m. $10.

Tuesday, July 26 - Sleep is playing a benefit show with all proceeds going towards the victims and their families. 8 p.m. $30.

Additionally...

A collaboration of demos by Orlando and Central Florida artists has been put together in City Beautiful: A Compilation for Pulse. All proceeds from the comp serve as donations to The Center Orlando.
