Feel like stepping out on a Thursday night and have a little extra cash to spend for a good cause? Head to the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes for
Homestead Harvest, a dining event to benefit Fleet Farming, at Whisper Creek Farm.
Starting at 6 p.m., chefs Peter Zampaglione and Scott Pizzo of
Highball & Harvest, one of the Ritz-Carlton's signature restaurants, will show guests their chops with a dinner under the twinkle lights.
Chef Kenny Gilbert of
Top Chef fame (shown, below), who owns and operates Jacksonville's
Gilbert's Underground Kitchen and
Gilbert's Social, will be the featured guest chef.

Kathleen Blake of the Rusty Spoon, James Petrakis of the Ravenous Pig, former K Restaurant owner/chef Kevin Fonzo and Austin Boyd of the Osprey Tavern will also present dishes for tasting.
Tickets are $135 per person. Thursday night never tasted so good.
