Breakfast for Dinner to benefit Mills 50

It’s hard to think of eating an omelet or pancakes for dinner as truly transgressive – try eating dinner for breakfast, though, and you’ll get side-eye from a lot of people. But this isn’t about our habit of reheating beef chow fun in the office microwave before 9 a.m.; it’s about helping the Mills 50 Main Street District in its various neighborhood initiatives by allowing yourself to put the morning-meal peg in the night (pie) hole. Celebrity servers – including Ricky Ly of TastyChomps, city commissioners Patty Sheehan and Robert Stuart, and the fabulous Eureka Fish – will work the tables, but if you’re worried about your elected officials forgetting your preference for dry rye, not buttered English, don’t worry: “Competent servers who will make sure nothing gets screwed up” are promised to actually sling the hash. Seating is strictly limited to just 75, so reserve ASAP.

Miss Eureka Fish is also on the Come out With Pride board!

5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 5 | First Watch, 1414 N. Mills Ave. | RSVP to [email protected] | $20
