In the category of "It's About Bloody Time," Se7en Bites Bakery will move into a much larger space up the road next year when they take over the old Sunshine School Fashions space next to Pho Hoa on North Primrose Drive. That means no more lines out the door or, possibly, longer lines out the door.
According to owner Trina Gregory-Propst, Se7en Bites will become the largest independently owned bakeshop in Orlando when it opens next May, and they will expand their food offerings as well.
"We are going to have breads, donuts, fritters, and bagels as well as everything we currently offer," says an excited Gregory-Propst. "We're also applying for a beer and wine license in order to increase our brunch love to the community," she adds.
The current bakery will stay open until renovations are completed in the new space next May, which just so happens to be when the lease on the current space expires. The new Se7en Bites will feature a sizable parking lot, inside space for up to 136 people, and some outdoor seating as well – they aim to seat 150 people total.
