Protest McDonald's Hamburglar-ing wages from employees

via

In Wednesday's edition of Happytown, you'll be able to read all the details of the seven class-action lawsuits filed against McDonald's in California, Michigan and New York. The lawsuits allege the company and several franchises are basically stealing their employees wages, via unpaid overtime, making employees work off the clock and removing time worked from time cards.

If you're as outraged as we are and want to do something to help support the cause, there will be a protest tomorrow morning. Community and faith leaders will be present at the protest, as well as McDonald's and other fast-food employees who will be sharing wage theft stories of their own.

Here are the details:

Time: Tuesday, March 18 at 9:00 am EST

Location: McDonald’s, 8060 S. Orange Ave., Orlando FL 32809
