One of our very favorite chefs, Trina Gregory-Propst, is going to sprinkle a little of her stardust on a chosen few next week. Just in time for Thanksgiving baking, the Se7enbites owner will teach a Nov. 8 class as part of the Edible Education Experience.

Gregory-Propst will share her secrets to making three different types of pastry crust in the Emeril Lagasse Kitchen House in College Park, the swanky new kitchen facility at Orlando Junior Academy. The class runs from 6-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8; register by Nov. 6 to guarantee a spot. Cost is $65 ($25 for kids). Address is 26 E. King St. Phone: 407-448-1031. More details at EdibleEd.org.
