New details on Disney Springs restaurants and more in local foodie news

Plenty of news out of Disney Springs: The restaurant formerly known as Fulton's Crab House will be called Paddlefish when it opens later this fall (expect a menu of seafood, steaks and chops); the Daily Poutine will bring in four varieties: Canadian (yay!), French (quoi?), Latin (huh?) and Italian (wha?); it's a mouthful to say, but celeb chef Art Smith's restaurant – Homecoming: Florida Kitchen & Southern Shine – is slated to open in June; and finally: Sprinkles, a bakery/ice cream shop complete with a cupcake ATM, opens May 15.

Jill Davis, celebrated sommelier at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House and 2015 Best of Orlando winner, is leaving the Double Eagle for an opportunity at Failla Wines in Napa Valley.
