Metro Orlando is getting six more chances to experience the perfect cheese pull.

Fast-casual chain Melt Shop announced this week plans to open six Orlando-area restaurants. Industry publication CSA reports that the first Florida location will open later this year in Sunrise at Sawgrass Mall.

The Orlando area franchise owner is Bob Picerne, who also owns several Five Guys restaurants and airport concessions at Orlando International Airport.

"Orlando remains one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world and the local population continues to grow at a rapid pace," said Josh Morgan, COO of Melt Shop, in a statement. "Our Florida restaurants will be located in destination hotspots and in some of the busiest malls in the country."
