Local chocolatier Smith & Adams Confectioners has concocted the perfect chocolate bar for those who are not into the usual heartsy-fartsy Valentine's Day candy. (You may remember them from our cover story last month, "State of the plate: 16 new Orlando restaurants you need to try in 2016.")

For those of you who have no use for Valentines Day we have created the "Burn in Hell" bar. Valrhona bark chocolate both cayenne and cinnamon. It comes in plain and also with siracha peanuts, and flames. It will be available starting tomorrow.

They're positioning it as an anti-Valentine sweet, and  I can see how it would be a good choice for someone bummed out on love in general or very much over a specific person. But hey, it's bittersweet, it's spicy, it's nutty ... it sounds just like your significant other, right? Alternatively, anyone who likes Guy "Shirt Flames" Fieri will probably dig this too.

(PS: The Mayor of Flavortown is at the Dr. Phillips Center tomorrow; some tickets are still available.)
