Yes, they serve Guinness. And, OK, they have a big picture of not-a-boxer Conor McGregor, but that kind of tells you exactly what kind of “Irish” they’re going for. Connected to Latitudes/Chillers, Irish Shannon’s goes after the same post-grad set who still want to party like they’re in college, but don’t want to drive all the way out to UCF to do it. Go during happy hour on Fridays for more reasonable prices than those listed on the menu (selling a bottle of Budweiser for $5 should be a federal crime).
