Earth Day, schmearth day. What you really want to do this weekend is eat until you can't anymore (like every weekend, right?). Here are three events going on this weekend where noshing is the whole point.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice of Maitland reopens at 433 S. Orlando Ave. (next to Einstein Bros.), after the former space was demolished to make room for yet another mixed-use development. From open to close tomorrow, they'll be scoop-froggy-frogging free Italian ices and gelatis with live music, balloon and raffles.

The Coop is encoring their Low Country Boil tomorrow (shown, right) starting at 11 a.m. You'll get a helping of shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn and onions for $20 a plate, including a craft beer from Orlando Brewing Co. or a soft drink.

The German Society of Central Florida is hosting German Fest 2016 ("a springtime Oktoberfest" is something we can get behind) tomorrow at 381 Orange Lane in Casselberry. There will be plenty of oom-pah-pah music, Alpine dancers, Bavarian food (sausages, sauer-things and the like), as well as freely flowing Hofbrau beer. Admission is a $10 suggested donation.
