Well, that day has come. Farm & Haus (note the ampersand to reflect their new retail space) opens Thursday, Sept. 22, offering a full slate of breakfast, lunch and dinner items.
The husband-and-wife team of Brittany Walsh-Lyne and Patrick Lyne will open Farm & Haus at 8 a.m. and serve such breakfast items as:
- sweet lemon ricotta toast with maple-roasted pumpkin topped with sage and Spanish pepitas
- savory avocado toast with tomato, pickled red onion and shaved radish
- breakfast sandwich of in-house sausage, egg, gouda and romesco sauce
- chorizo burrito with scrambled eggs and queso and served with salsa
Next week, patrons will be able to customize salads and grain bowls by making ingredient selections on a sheet.
For dinner, the chef-created meals they make available for delivery will be served until 7 p.m.
Farm & Haus doesn't offer any seating in the new space, but the weather is becoming increasingly conducive to enjoying meals outside on patio.
