IGC Hospitality, the NYC-based restaurant group, will bring The Wilson to the Meliá Orlando Celebration. Like The Wilson at the InnSide by Meliá New York Nomad, guests can expect "playful interpretations of New American classics centered on celebrating classic seafood dishes."
