File under "Yes, You've Got Our Attention, Go On": Orlando native and UCF alum Danial Ali's BBQ Tonight, until recently a traditional Indo-Pak restaurant, has added some fusion dishes and the descriptions have our palates twitching.

Among the menu's kebabs, biriyanis, masalas and tandoor specialties, you'll now find clever mashups like a nehari burrito (nehari being a slow-cooked spicy meat stew), seasonal desserts (pumpkin spice chai recently gave way to peppermint ras mahal) and butter chicken loaded fries (insert HomerSimpsonDrool.gif).

Ali has also launched an initiative called Books for Bread, in which customers can exchange old books for free naan. From their social media:

For every book you donate you get 3 free naans, the limit per visit is 3 books per table so you can get up to 9 free naans for your meal per visit. I plan to start with about two empty bookcases and see how it develops. … I truly do believe a lot of the hate in this world against different races and religions just has to do with ignorance and it's up to us to create a space where people can feel comfortable to come educate themselves and just have a discussion, meet new people of different cultures, and of course to come and try some fire butter chicken fries.

Kissimmee is a bit of a hike, but we've got a bit of holiday time on our hands.
