Austin's Coffee debuts pop-up at The Falcon bar in Thornton Park next month

Coffee drinkers and craft beer lovers unite. The Falcon bar in Thornton Park will be home to a satellite Austin's Coffee pop-up next month.

The opening day is Tuesday, April 2 at 819 E. Washington St., and guests are invited to enjoy a free coffee on the house.

The pop-up café, which will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., will serve vegan baked goods and organic coffee so you can enjoy the finer things in life guilt-free. After 5 p.m., the Falcon will transform back into its regular self with craft beer, art and live music.

The brick-and-mortar Austin's Coffee, at 929 W. Fairbanks Ave. in Winter Park, has been home to organic coffee for 15 years.

"Both Austin’s and The Falcon are women-owned and are dedicated to supporting local," the satellite's Facebook event page says. "Make Austin's Coffee Satellite Café at The Falcon in Thornton Park your own hidden gem with free Wi-Fi, local art and chill vibes."
