214's steak street taco is a pretty great choice, too.

You'll need some grub in your stomach to anchor all those "Cinco de Drinko" Coronas tomorrow. Here's our list of five superlative tacos at local restaurants:

1. Hongos tacos, Rocco's Tacos & Tequila
Wild mushrooms are topped with manchego cheese, crema and plenty of sauteed garlic. Rocco's makes their corn tortillas fresh to order, too, so there's no stale shells here.

2. Lengua tacos, Tortilleria La Mexicana (2417 W. Oak Ridge Road, Orlando 32809; 407-888-3531)
Slow-braised beef tongue topped with pickled onions and cotija cheese is the ideal combo of lean and fatty (i.e., tons of flavor).

3. Chorizo tacos, Tacos Express Florida (9785 Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando 32837; 407-601-1542)
Simple and bursting at the seams with spicy, drippy deliciousness. Crumbled, hot Mexican chorizo piled on a freshly made, double-layered corn tortilla. Bliss.

4. Barbacoa tacos, Taquitos Jalisco
Braised, pulled beef cheeks topped with Parmesan (an acceptable cotija substitute), guacamole and crema. Get three with the lunch combo.

5. Veggie tacos, Cocina 214
OK, this one's more Tex-Mex than authentic Mexican, but it's a filling choice for vegans. The tortilla is filled with black beans, slaw, jalapeños, a citrus vinaigrette and avocado.
