RiffTrax: Godzilla

On Mystery Science Theater 3000 Kevin Murphy, Bill Corbett and Michael J Nelson made a career out of poking fun of deplorably bad movies, making them more entertaining in the process. Now, with RiffTrax, the guys from MST3K have taken to the big screen and are riffin' their way through some big budget flicks. Previously, they tacked such gems as Starship Troopers, Plan 9 from Outer Space and Sharknado.

On Thursday, Aug, 14, you can catch them make hella jokes at one of the most ridiculous giant lizard movies of all time: Godzilla (the really not-awesome 1998 version starring Matthew Broderick). They'll be riffin' live from the Belcourt Theater in Nashville, Tenn. and the hilarity will be broadcast live to hundreds of theaters, including seven in the Orlando area.

The movie (and riffing) is happening at 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, with an encore showing at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug.19, at various theaters around Orlando. Click here to find the one closest to you. Tickets prices vary from theater to theater.

And if your really enjoy your experience at the movies, there are hundreds more RiffTraxs available for purchase online. Personally, we can't wait to see the cracks they make at Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace.
