Watch members of the Orlando Ballet school leap and pirouette at Artlando, Orlando Weekly's all-day outdoor art and cultural festival at Loch Haven Park on Sept. 26.
This classically trained ballet company has been a fixture in town since 2001, but can trace its roots as far back as 1974, when it was founded by 12 unpaid dancers with only $4,000 to their names.
The school now boasts members from nearly every continent, and counts over 1,000 students among its roster.
Members of the school are set to perform from 12:45 p.m. to 1 p.m.
The event is free to attend, but there is still a VIP Experience available for $20, which includes complimentary drink tickets, access to the VIP tent with a private seating and bar and a complimentary gift bag with an Artlando T-shirt.
