If you made it to last year’s Puppy Love event at the Acre (sponsored by yours truly), you know it wasn’t your typical dog-walk-in-the-park kind of event. In addition to a ton of vendors, we had a photo booth where you could get photos taken with your dogs, a doggie lure-coursing track, contests, games, food and tons of opportunities to socialize with other dogs and their owners. All the cool corgis were there. This year, Puppy Love is back, and it’s going to be even bigger than the last one – more vendors, more food trucks, more games, more sponsors, more fun. We’ll have rescue showcases from Orlando Bully Rescue and Orange County Animal Services (where you can meet some dogs looking for homes), a pet tricks contest, a best-dressed contest and more. If you want your dog to be part of the coolest pack in town, don’t miss this event. All the other hip dogs – sorry, no cool cats at this event; dogs only – will be there.
