Discovery Cove announces birth of baby dolphin Moby

SeaWorld's animal-centered park Discovery Cove announced the birth of a baby dolphin named Moby.

According to the park, the calf was born on June 26 to park dolphins Starbuck and Nueces. Moby is apparently already 75 pounds and hitting all appropriate milestones for his age. The park is keeping him away from visitors during these early weeks, saying that Moby is nursing and bonding with his mother.

The park did share video of the calf swimming alongside his mother, which can be seen up top.
