Wall Street Plaza hasn't been itself since the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic (for obvious reasons).  However, the downtown hotspot is all set to return this weekend, hosting its first outdoor event since the coronavirus upended everyone's lives.

Wall Street Plaza will host its typically annual Plazaween event on Saturday and Sunday, with DJs turning the pub-crawl-in-miniature into a spooky outdoor party. Expect a massive costume contest, Halloween themed decor in all of the plaza's bars and drink specials.
