OK, it's just for one night, but still pretty exciting, no?

Wolfgang Puck will gather together four of his finest chefs for a dinner event called the Spago Experience April 23 at his Disney Springs restaurant.

Chefs Aram Mardigian (Wolfgang Puck American Grille, Atlantic City), Andrew Skala (CUT, Washington D.C.) and Tetsu Yahagi (Spago Beverly Hills) join Michael Tiva (Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, Orlando) in presenting a tasting menu highlighting some of Spago's most iconic dishes.

The menu for the evening is still being developed, but you can bet your Wolfgang Puck Rotisserie Pressure Oven you'll see Spago's smoked salmon pizza with caviar, tuna tartare in sesame miso cones, and veal wiener schnitzel.

My last visit to Spago in August of 2016 proved memorable not just for Yahagi's endive salad, loup de mer or pan-roasted jidori chicken, but for a freak dental incident I won't get into here.

Needless to say, the Spago Experience promises to be a toothsome one.

Tickets for the event are $99 and can be purchased here.
