The NYC Madame Tussauds Booking.com suite
A hotel is
in the works for ICON Orlando (formerly I-Drive 360) but well before that opens a very select group of visitors will be staying overnight at the complex thanks to a new ultra-exclusive offering at Madame Tussauds.
Through a promotion with
Booking.com, Madame Tussauds Orlando, Hollywood, Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York, Nashville and Washington D.C are offering exclusive one-night stays this coming weekend.
Known as the "Ultimate Slumber Party with the Stars," the event from April 5-7 will see hotel beds added to one of the museum's rooms, but guests will be free to sleep or stay up all night taking selfies and exploring the museum.
Special behind-the-scenes access will also be provided to give the overnight guests a unique look at how Tussauds creates their hyper-realistic figures. A private "Selfie-Butler" will be available to assist with all those photos that will surely take place. Room service of sorts will also be provided with dinner, snacks and a breakfast basket available along with a gift bag filled with Madame
Tussauds goodies.

The Orlando Madame Tussauds Booking.com suite
This isn’t the first time that Madame Tussauds parent company, Merlin, has partnered with Booking.com on this type of overnight opportunity. A similar experience was offered at the
San Francisco Dungeon, the only Dungeon attraction in the U.S., this past October. That experience saw guests locked in the Alcatraz cell exhibit where they were provided with Dungeon-themed pajamas, were told ghost stories and participated in a "witching-hour séance." Those that stayed all night were rewarded with breakfast in bed.
Merlin's SeaLife aquariums also regularly offer
overnight experiences that include similar unique items.
The
Orlando Madame Tussauds experience this weekend has already sold out, but other similar experiences may be offered in the future.
