Pacific Northwest drone/doom metal innovators Earth – led by the inimitable Dylan Carlson – have announced a U.S. tour today and it looks as though the band will be steamrolling the City Beautiful once again in June. And it's their only Florida show!

In even more good news for those who like their heavy music nice and slooooooow, the band has also announced that a new album, Full Upon Her Burning Lips, will be released on May 24, and released a new song, "Cats on the Briar," today.

Earth and Helms Alee play Will's Pub on Monday, June 10, at 8 p.m. Tickets are $16.
