We wouldn't wait much longer, but you still have some time to surprise bae with reservations at one of these top tables with menus designed specifically pour l'amour.  Think you'll be able to just walk in on Feb. 14 without a res? Try again, Romeo.

Maria & Enzo's / Enzo's Hideaway
Both the 1930s-themed Sicilian restaurant and sister Roman-style tunnel restaurant at Disney Springs is offering a special menu including a charcuterie platter and oysters for appetizers, surf and turf or roasted vegetable lasagna as mains, and a bittersweet chocolate tart for dessert.

White Wolf Cafe
The Ivanhoe Village mainstay has a $40, three-course dinner on deck for V-day, with three choices each for apps, entrees and dessert. The jumbo seared scallops with mushroom risotto and fennel sounds fab.

Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse
We are just gaga over this gorgeous space, and the food and service are always on point. The special $49 Valentine's Day menu (featuring a filet mignon, butter-poached lobster tail and chocolate-dipped strawberries, among other items) is available from Feb. 14 to 17, so if you can't make it out on Thursday, you can still treat your sig. oth. to a special feast.

K Restaurant
Orlando’s most-charming restaurant will offer a $40 three-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu. Menu options include house-made rillettes to start, NY Strip steak, and red velvet cake or chocolate-cherry panna cotta for dessert.

Urbain 40
Che Tim Keating has outdone himself yet again with a $75 menu available Feb. 14 to 16. Add a bottle of champs for an $80 upgrade charge. The "Marriage of Land and Sea" — a 6-oz. Angus beef tenderloin alongside wild jumbo Gulf shrimp — sounds particularly romantic.

Canvas Restaurant & Market
The Lake Nona Town Center restaurant is offering a four-course $120 dinner for two (with wine pairings!), including dishes like cream of cauliflower soup, a carved 28-oz. Porterhouse steak with roasted broccolini and rainbow carrots, and chocolate-raspberry cheesecake for dessert.

Chroma Modern Kitchen + Bar
Available Feb. 14 to 17, Canvas' sister restaurant will feature a shareable menu fit for partners. Two entrée specials include a roasted beef tenderloin with jumbo prawns, served with Parmesan risotto, and braised beef short ribs with polenta and au jus. Finish with raspberry crème brulee.

Orlando Brewing
We're loving this unique date idea — pairing CayCay Cakes' locally made chocolates with local craft beer from Orlando Brewing on Atlanta Avenue in SoDo. The $18 pairing is available to order anytime from 3 to 10 p.m. on Feb. 14, and includes four 5-oz. pours with four chocolates.

The Palm Steakhouse
The hefty price tag is well worth the experience you'll have at this time-honored classic restaurant. The $195 menu for two is available from Feb. 14 to 17, and has the option to add two glasses of Taittinger Brut La Française Champagne for another $25. I mean, why not?

TooJay's Original Gourmet Deli
The Sweetheart Dinner for two is just $25.99 and includes generous portions of the New York deli's faves — including choice of two soups or salads, two entrees, two beverages (upgrade to wine or beer for $3 each) and a choice of dessert to share. The special runs through Feb. 17.

Tony Roma's
The chain's I-Drive iteration is offering a special menu from Feb. 14 to 17. They're offering a special "carnivore" plate of wood-grilled filet medallions with baby back ribs, or a duo of salmon and shrimp for "seafoodies."

Antonella's Pizza
Share your love for each other and perfectly-made pizza. For $35 (use the code LOVE to order online), enjoy a dinner for two including appetizer, two entrees and dessert for dine-in, pick-up or delivery on Feb. 14. Pass the garlic knots, darling.

Cocina 214
Get a free slice of the Mexican restaurant's famous tres leches cake with the purchase of two entrees on Feb. 14.

Duck Donuts
Instead of buying chocolate and roses, kill two birds — er, ducks — with one stone and score a dozen love-inspired donuts featuring both Valentine's Day classics, available through Feb. 28.

1921 Mount Dora
The rose-colored city of Mount Dora is about as charming and romantic as it gets. Leave work a little early and stroll the shops together, then stop into 1921 Mount Dora for the Valentine's Day Experience tasting menu, available now through Feb. 16.
