It’s no longer chilly outside, but that’s not stopping the party. The Orlando Chili Cook-off will be held in Festival Park this Saturday, and it’s the city’s tastiest way to spend a afternoon. The day will include opportunities for sampling more than 100 different chili recipes from local restaurants and chefs, live music, games, competitive eating with the “World Chili Eating Challenge” and a kids zone for the little chili heads. Even if you can’t take the heat, don’t stay in the kitchen: There’s something here for everyone’s taste buds.

noon-6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17 | Festival Park, 2911 E. Robinson St. | orlandochilicookoff.com | $15-$45
