A new sushi spot is coming to downtown Orlando, which already has Shin Japanese Cusine, Amura, Shari Sushi Lounge and Oudom Thai and Sushi, to name a few.

But hey, the more the merrier.

U Roll Sushi, which has locations at 7685 E. Colonial Drive as well as an "Express" stand in the Altamonte Mall, signed a lease to open a new spot in the 100 East Pine Street office building in downtown Orlando.

The 1,716-square-foot space was once the Clubhouse sports bar, and is capable of seating 42, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

The new customizable sushi roll spot is expected to open in the first quarter of 2018.
