Because mankind is constantly pushing the limits of ways to eat raw fish, Wave Asian Bistro & Sushi in Mount Dora is now serving "sushi burgers."

There's no beef involved, like the Taste Explosion Roll at Cowfish, instead it's basically sushi ingredients in handy burger form. In other words it's a sushi sandwich. Wave, located at 301 North Baker Street Suite 106 Mount Dora, also has the classic sushi burritos and sushi donuts.

Somebody please go try this thing and report back.

Look back at it. 😏🍣🍔
