Former Iron Chef contestant Roberto Treviño will open his new Latin-Asian fusion concept El Buda tonight inside the Bumby Arcade on Church Street.

Located in the former Maddey's Craft and Cru at 116 W. Church St., Treviño will open the new space for dinner this evening, and then daily at 11:30 a.m. for lunch. If all goes to plan, El Buda will eventually roll out a weekend brunch service as well.

Orlando Weekly food critic Faiyaz Kara toured the space last week, and was more than impressed. Read his full report here.
