We don’t know about you, but these days we find ourselves stopping to pick up a bottle of wine to go with dinner and then forgetting all about the dinner far too often. But this week’s Que Paella dinner at Nora’s Sugar Shack should mean that we get at least one balanced meal this week. Choose from meat or seafood (technically also a kind of meat, just sayin’) paella, grab a bottle of tempranillo or whatever, and relax. For once. Reservations recommended.

5-8 p.m. Thursday; Nora’s Sugar Shack, 636 Virginia Drive; $10-$12;
