Four Rebels American Taco Kitchen & Bar opened today in the former Segafredo spot in Mills Park.

The new taco joint, whose slogan claims they offer an "Unapologetically American Taco Experience," serves up a variety of taco fusion dishes like a Cheeseburger taco (American queso, tomato, pickle-onion, salsa fresco), a KFT – Kentucky Fried taco (chicken, slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy) and a Cheesesteak Vera Cruz taco (ribeye, tomato, olives, queso blanco, cilantro), to name a few.  Taco prices range from $3.50 to $5.

There are also "small plate items," like shrimp ceviche and roasted oysters, as well as "large plate items," like slow roasted pork, grouper, and shrimp and grits.

The place has been completely gutted and remodeled with hip murals, a full bar and a ton of TVs. But most importantly, one of the better rooftop patios in Orlando is back in business. Technically the place is in soft-opening mode, so chill on the Yelp reviews until a grand opening date has been set.

Four Rebels American Taco Kitchen & Bar is located at 1618 N. Mills Ave.
