Friday night is going to be a super-healthy evening at
Quantum Leap Winery in the Mills 50 District.
Warrior One Yoga Studio will host a flow/Vinyasa yoga class at the winery starting at 6 p.m., then a wine-tasting party follows directly afterward.
The Cabernet + Namaste event costs $21, and this month, $18 of each ticket is going to help victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, thanks to a donation match by
Yoga Lifestyles.
Yoga is healthy for your spirit and body, red wine is healthy for your cardiovascular health and stress levels, and doing good for charity is healthy for your sense of altruism and self-esteem. Win-win-win!
All you'll need to do is
purchase a ticket and show up with your water and a mat. All levels (of yogi and wino) are welcome.
