Manzano's Deli, a fixture in New Smyrna Beach and DeLand, will set up shop in the retail plaza at the intersection of West Fairbanks and South New York avenues in Winter Park.

The plaza, which currently houses ceramics studio All Fired Up, will soon see the Little Blue Donut Co. move into the old Scratch space at the end of November.

Manzano's Deli first opened in New Smyrna Beach in 2009, then in DeLand in 2010. Ownership of the two delis split and the current owners of the New Smyrna Beach operation — Angie and Brian Thompson — are the ones expanding into Winter Park.

Manzano's gourmet sandwiches and subs are notoriously big and made with bread flown in from artisan bakers Tribeca Oven in New Jersey.

NYC bagels will also offered in addition to more salads as well as vegetarian options. Have a peek at their NSB menu for a taste of what to expect (Note: pizzas won't be served at the Winter Park locale).

The deli should open towards the end of the year/early 2018.
