After the recent announcement that Milk District venue Spacebar was closing for good, details have been revealed about the future of the former Milk District Live Music fixture.

In October, Phas3 will open in the former Spacebar space. Phas3 will be a joint retail (and beverage) cooperative with Legacy Vintage, Simply Clean, Please Evolve, Dead Beat Books and Framework Coffee. For the moment, Phas3 will be in "soft opening" operations with limited hours.

Phas3 will have a two-day grand opening party on Thursday-Friday, Oct. 12-13, with more details TBA.
