While talking to police, Kompothecras pointed to a man and told police he was the man who punched him. "Are you sure?" one police officer asked.
"He kinda has the same jaw line," Kompthecras said according to the police report. "But I didn't really see the guy." "I'm not 100% sure," he told the officers.
"I don't want to send the wrong guy, but I would bet it was him." Ultimately, Kompothecras withdrew his complaint.
