This morning Disney released a first glimpse of the ride vehicle for the yet-to-open Slinky Dog Dash attraction at Hollywood Studios.

According to Disney, guests will "shrink" to the size of toys as they explore Andy's backyard, aka Toy Story Land. Slinky Dog Dash is themed to resemble Andy's Mega Coaster Play Kit, and will "send riders dipping, dodging and dashing around turns and drops Andy has created to stretch Slinky’s coils to the max."

Besides the family coaster, the other main attraction to this 11-acre expansion is the whip ride Alien Swirling Saucers, which is designed to resemble an alien toy from Pizza Planet. "Aliens are flying around in their toy flying saucers," says Disney, "and trying to capture your rocket toy vehicle using 'The Claw.'"

Toy Story Land is expected to open in the summer of 2018.
