Florida Jimmy Buffett fans will soon be able to enjoy cheeseburgers in paradise, or at least in Daytona Beach.

The Buffett-themed LandShark Bar & Grill will break ground on July 12, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal.

The new beach-side restaurant will share a 6-acre lot at 451 S. Atlantic Ave. with Cocina 214.

LandShark Bar & Grill is a family-friendly beach joint, complete with fish tacos, coconut shrimp, the "Landshark" burger and, of course, over a half-dozen types of margaritas.

Daytona Beach is already slotted to be home to the first of several communities based around the Jimmy Buffett lifestyle brand with the 55-and-older community "Latitude Margarittaville, Daytona Beach."
