Today, Florida Gov. Rick Scott approved a bill that would make feminine hygiene products tax-exempt.

The bill, which covers items like tampons, pads and menstrual cups, was included in a $180 tax cut package passed by Florida Legislature and will go into effect next January, reports the Associated Press.

The tax cut package also includes a three-day tax holiday in August during which residents can purchase clothing tax-free.

Florida is now one of just 13 states to sell tax-free feminine hygiene products.
