Body//Talk returns with an event at Spacebar and Sandwich Bar this Saturday night, featuring live music from Case Work and new local project Baby!, as well as DJ sets from Phil Santos and Danngo .

Body//Talk is in a transitional phase right now, but Phil Santos still struck an overall optimistic note talking to the Weekly about this weekend's event:  "These parties are really about bringing people together. Part of that ethos means that we want to bring together different music scenes–this month we're hosting indie rock bands, techno DJs and you might even here some neo-funk. We're excited to have the vegan hot dog cart come out for the first time, too. And since Body//Talk is ending out the year at the Milk District Pavilion, this is an amazing opportunity to double down on our solidifying our infrastructure. DIY events are incredibly taxing, and the crews tend to have short lifespan. Whenever I find that I'm overextending myself, I know I need to double down on the essentials–powerful performances, a killer dancefloor, and a friendly atmosphere."

Doors are at 10 p.m. and the cover is a measly $7.
